Age 21 Act

S.14 – Age 21 Act

The Age 21 Act would raise the minimum age to purchase a large-capacity ammunition feeding device or semiautomatic assault weapon from 18 to 21 years of age.

The bill works to change title 18 of the United States Code; to prohibit the purchase of specified firearms by those under 21 years of age.
