Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act
S.214 – Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act
The right to keep your firearm on hand shouldn’t stop at just your home or property. Your right to defend yourself and your family shouldn’t disappear because of geography – it should be honored wherever you go.
Specifically, an individual who is able to carry a concealed firearm in one state may carry or possess a concealed handgun (other than a machine gun or destructive device) in another state that allows its residents to carry concealed firearms.
