S.25 – Assault Weapons Ban

This bill makes it a crime to knowingly import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess a semiautomatic assault weapon (SAW) or large-capacity ammunition feeding device (LCAFD).

The legislation would also expand the classification of an “assault weapon” to include many types of barrels, grips, and other devices that can be found on most guns.
